1. Scope and Subject Matter

These Terms of Service govern the use of SpavioAI software platform and services provided by Minh Khue (Kris) Tran.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the platform.

2. Description of Services

SpavioAI provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) client management, AI conversational receptionist tools, scheduling optimizations, review collection tools, and automated notifications for beauty & spa studios.

3. User Obligations and Registration

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering, and to keep it updated.

4. Client Data & Privacy

SpavioAI processes data on behalf of the customer (studio owner). The customer remains the controller of their client data. We agree to process data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
